Oct. 30th, 2013 08:57 pmRobot Name: Destroyer Robot DX-28 Ver. Ka. Demonpain (OoC: Also known by Kurou as a gigantic Hong Kong rip-off.)
Robot Description: The last time Dr West got his hands on the pages of a Grimore, he managed to create both Elsa and the first iteration of Demonpain within three days (Elsa took up most of that time though). Demonpain as a number of people may remember was essentially a copy of Demonbane at its earliest days. Aside from lacking the Lemuria Impact and its garish gold color scheme, it was completely equal in many respects to Kurou's Deus Machina.
With the defeat of the Black Lodge, Dr West may or may not have snatched a few loose pages from the Grimores belonging to Tiberius and Claudius before they were locked away by the TSAB. Given that he had practice by repairing a terminally damaged Demonbane within a matter of hours, it is merely a matter of time before Demonpain comes back into existence.
Demonpain comes with the bog standard head vulcans. It also carries the Not-Very standard space-time-distorting shin-guards known as Timaeus and Critas which allow for practically impossible maneuvers that defy physics - and also allow it to utilize the Demonbane's space-time rending, attack deflecting Atlantis Strike kick with ease.
It also has a scaled up version of Elsa's Anti-Magic Spell Cannon - Named 'Dig Me No Grave'. The weapon fires immensely powerful beams more or less comparable (but not equal to) to the Early Demonbane's Lemuria Impact and can also split into a multitude of homing beams that can assault multiple targets - or just strike a single target from multiple angles at once.
This new iteration of Demonpain includes two additional Weapons:
The first is the 'Super West Magnificent Harpsicord Chorus: The Voices of Angels Are Upon Us'. Essentially a massive guitar based very much on the one he always hauls around. In addition to being a very useful close range weapon - it can also unleash tremendously devastating sound blasts. The Super West Magnificent Harpsicord Chorus can also be used in tandem with Timaeus and Critas, allowing for the soundwaves from its attacks to literally converge upon a target from all angles.
The second is the 'Super West Transcendent Casket: Surely This Is the Ark of the Covenant. Once more, a scaled up weapon - this time of his guitar case bazooka. However the design of the weapon as well as one of the pages he had utilized for Demonpain left the weapon with a most confusing side effect. Every time it fires a rocket, something happens. Not an explosion. Just something. The Rocket becomes something else. Maybe something as useless as a bird or a cupcake. Maybe something as startling as a road roller or a fuel tanker. Whatever it fires next, nobody knows. Not even Dr West. But either way, part of the scientific process is experimentation, so West finds the weapon most worth it to keep.
In terms of mobility and durability the Demonpain is equal with Demonbane more or less. Possibly less since its not using the exact same materials (Adamantine Alloy) and working with pages instead of a full grimore. But it gets where it needs to be.
Terrain Stats:
Land: A
Air: C
Sea: B (Demonpain doesn't need rustproofing)
Space: C (West PROBABLY made it air-tight... PROBABLY.)
